Overview

Adjacent to Air Canada Centre, one of the busiest entertainment venues in the world, Maple Leaf Square is a $450 million privately-funded sports and entertainment development. The boutique hotel will incorporate many of the design elements that have become a trademark of Germain properties as well as subtle details reflective of sports and entertainment moments of the past.

The eight-storey boutique hotel will have 171 guest rooms, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and 8,000 square feet of fitness and spa facilities.
