By requesting a quote, you immediately become eligible to have the cost of your meeting or event covered up to $10,000 in value. The prize includes room rental and catering, and can also cover other event-related costs (in gift or in kind) such as decorations, floral arrangements, and bar service. Your event can include a meal for up to 50 guests, or a cocktail reception for up to 100.

Contest Rules
No purchase required. Contest valid on online requests completed between January 25 and November
30, 2010 for meetings, corporate events, celebrations, and special events. Requests entered in the
contest will be for events that include a meal for up to 50 people or a dinner cocktail for up to 100, and
must include an accommodations component. Prize includes room rental and catering up to $10,000,
and may also cover equipment rentals with Hôtel Le Germain Calgary’s preferred suppliers such as decorations, and other fees, but not hotel accommodations. Alcohol cost not included in the grand prize. Some restrictions apply. Draw to be held on December 1, 2010. The winner will have until December 7, 2011, to hold the event at Hôtel Le Germain Calgary. Should the winner’s event have already been held at Hôtel Le Germain Calgary before the draw date, the winner will have until December 7, 2011, to hold a second event of equal in value to a past event or event submitted through the RFP, up to $10,000.
